    Yes, most states have information sharing agreements, and at the least, the insurance companies know already.

    Yes it does follow you where ever you go! I was living in Florida for a while and when i got pulled over even with my new license for there they new that I had an accident a few years ago in Ohio! But I am back in ohio now and happy!

    some states have reciprocity, meaning they will share info. not all states do that.
    if you have a ticket in a state that does have reciprocity, then they will find you and fine you. if the state doesn’t then you will likely be okay, except your insurance company will know.
