If you have the money then you can take a taxi cab daily & be like millions of Americans who choose to do so (3 dollars US per mile or less). You have to do quite well on a driving test and so many Americans fail theirs.
Even Americans have to go to a driving school if they didn’t get drivers ed in a school or to learn properly if they did not have big brother/relative to show them the ropes.
