You should either contact Yamaha directly for a replacement or go to a Yamaha dealer and talk to them. Stewart-MacDonald (www.stewmac.com) has tons of saddles but you have to know the exact dimensions that you need before ordering since they come in a variety of sizes.
How does one lose a saddle completely! Ha, all jokes aside, either Stew Mac as said above or any local guitar repair shop would be able to put a new one in. I think they are relatively cheap if you go with a plastic one. Not sure about bone. Check out to find a shop near you.
