I am looking to buy a motorcycle that has no rego or plates, what is the process I have to go through to actually ride the thing. It will be registered in NSW.

  1. the mysterious stranger says:

first of all you need to prove you are the proper and legal owner.
so do a rev,s check on it to make sure it,s not stolen.
then do the transaction and have the vital details like the engine and frame number double checked by yourself and put on the sales docket.
then it,s going through a blue slip process at a local garage.
everything has to work properly and safely and cannot have any fluid leaking especially the oil.
