You will have to sit thru a German driver’s license class to get a basic license. Many people find the road signs difficult.
Once you get your regular license you must take a road test with your motorcycle.
A basic driver’s license is $10 or $15. I dont know how much a motorcycle license is. Many soldiers ride their bikes with no problems, you will have to get it registered on post, of course.
If you do an internet search, you can find the exact manual they use.
