If it were an older vehicle, no problem, but as it’s still likely under a service agreement with whomever you purchased it from, doing any work at all that is not carried out by a licensed service center, would indeed void the warranty.

Check with the service center whom you get the maintenance and servicing done through before doing any kind of modifications/changes just to be safe.

you can add the cold air intake to your car. just make sure that the person doing it is licensed to work on cars.

it will void ur warranty. unless u get one that it is approved by the pontiac and those most of the time u can only get at the dealer.

Adding any part to your car does not specifically void your warranty. In order to deny a warranty claim the dealer would have to prove the part you put on caused the failure you are trying to have repaired. For exampe if your power window fails and you have a cold air intake installed the dealer will still repair your window. So to answer your question, yes your warranty will still be good after you install the intake.
