clean the IAC valve
The intake manifold could be leaking. That could cause a high idle. Go ask the people who did these repairs to check out the problem. If it were me, I wouldn’t even charge you to look at it. Should be a simple diagnosis and hopefully a simple cheap repair.
Could be a vacume leak from previous repair or something else like a throttle postition sensor. I have seen throttle position sensors casue that before.
