A LOT!!!! that’s why a lot of cars are now equipped with passenger seat censors that disable the air bag on the passenger side if no one is sitting in that seat. If you had an airbag deployment, I hope that it is something that is covered by you insurance because it is very costly.

when the pass air bag deploy es it breaks the dash.you would need the dash both air bags the clock spring witch is under the drivers air bag plus the air bag module under center console ,and air bag sensors on front bumper..
buy everything at salvage yard $500 to $1000
    buy new $2000 to $ 5000
that’s why cars are written off so easily..
windshield you half to buy new used one doesn,t come with molding. junk yard has to cut molding to get out windshield.
    I know this 100 %

Well if it was me, i would just go to a salvage yard near you and buy the airbags, control module, sensors, and windshield used. Then take them and have the dealer install them. Because airbags are very dangerous to work with. I have worked with wrecked cars extensively and have had to replace airbags in over 4 cars myself, Because i rebuild cars for a living.
The airbag systems used usually cost around $600-$700 dollars, its all determined on what kinda car you have. Then The cost of having the dealer to install them should be around $1000.
And no it does not always BREAK the dashboard when the airbags blow……Ive worked with at least over 30 cars that have had airbags blown and have never seen and damage like that to the dash.
But if you find all the parts used and have them installed it will be way cheaper than have a dealer do it ALL. my ball park estimate would be $2000 for it all if you find the right people to do it.

Better start looking for another vehicle — usually costs more to replace the SRS and windsheild than the car is worth.
