How do you take out and install a oxegen sensor for a 95 Subaru legacy?

My car check engine light came on, so I took it in and put it on a computer and that is what they came up with, it needs a O2 sensor, never even heard of it, but I know it makes a big diference in how your car runs. It seems like it is really not wanting to go when you start out from a stop, it really bogs down.
