take it back to the shop and have them do it. Most times only a dealer can do this repair as it is part of an anti-theft program. It makes stealing these radio not worth it as they will not work without the code as you are finding out. No average Joe can get access to the codes only dealers.
You try visiting this website. They say they can get the unlock code for any Ford radio.
The codes for the Ford V Series of Serial Numbers are NOT available for free from anywhere on the Internet.
You will have to pay at your local Ford Dealer or a Decoding Specialist or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop
