Would you feel safe if you knew a woman is flying your plane?

She could start thinking about things and be concentrating on her looks and forget to fly the plane. I’ve never encountered a female pilot on a large aircraft as of yet. When you hear, This is your captain speaking.. its always a mans voice.

there could always be a female co-pilot…what if something happens to the male pilot?
yes i would feel safe! what differnce does it make as long as the person has been to flying school or whatever they call it…

I don’t care who is flying my plane as long as they have been through the proper training and most importantly, can fly the thing.
I’ve flown on planes with woman pilots. There’s no reason to be sexist, women can do as much as men, sometimes more. You sir, are a PIG.

It’s not only women who are concentration on their looks, I know a whole lot of men who do it more than women.
I would feel proud and perfectly safe, women are better car drivers than men so I think they could be better pilots also!

I doesnt matter what sex the pilot is. As long as they have the skills to fly the aircraft, im fine.

And you think that men don’t think of how they look (models) what their muscles look like…….what makes you think men are better than women?? Besides, if she really really REALLY cared only about her looks and nothing else, why would she persue a career in flying a plane? Chances are, she’s not going to be that worried about her looks…

I would trust a woman.
All pilots must go through the same training and pass the same tests both written and professional. their lives are also relying on their skills in the air. They can’t just slack off or they die too.

If you find a woman flying your plane, she will probably be a very ordinary woman who doesn’t worry too much about her looks.

I have flown many times with a female pilot and have no problems or concerns. Now if that female pilot did not actually have any flying experience other than sitting next to her husband who was a pilot of 8 years, I would be concerned.
Yeah, i’d feel fine. And i have encountered a female pilot. I suppose most woman wouldn’t want to fly a plane as a career.

Yes, women fly commercial planes. not as commonly but they can do it, and do it just as well. studies prove men have a more trouble focusing than woman.

Umm Yeah i have been on a plane with a female pilot and felt just fine with it. Why do you think a woman would just start thinking of things and forget about flying? Men are human to and have been known to think about things while flying i am sure. Why is that any different?

Planes don’t have rear view/makeup mirrors so are generally unsuitable for women to fly. The rest is all done by auto pilot now so the only other problem would be parallel parking.
