Could I use a vacuum cleaner exhaust to blow out a clog in a drain pipe?

My upstairs sink and tub ar clogged. No plumber want to work on the old corroded galvanized pipes. I don’t want to put more Drano down there – it isn’t working anyway. I would like to know if it is feasible to use my vacuum cleaner’s exhaust to try and blow the clog out?
